- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★A Truly Unique Place. Will be back for sure. The owner James is super friendly and truly enjoys running this place. It's easy to see his own personal touches in the entire location especially the buildings. If we ever build a cottage on the island I'm going to ask for his help in the design! We stayed it the Fern Alley Cabin and were totally amazed by the view. I couldn't get enough, sunrise's, deer wandering through right in front and all kinds of different birds out in the marsh.By Patrick Flowers, July 17, 2016
